Sirly Oy sells its products to companies and to private customers who are over 18 years old in EU-region. Terms of delivery stands from 6.9.2021. Terms of delivery may change time to time and we demand to read them every time before ordering.

Ordering, paying & delivery
Products and prices - Online shop’s products qualities and prices with taxes are presented with in every product. Rights are reserved with price and delivery cost changes, so always recheck prices in the basket before confirming the order.
Ordering and contract - You can order products by adding them in your basket, confirming the order and paying it in the payment service. The order that you have accepted and confirmed by us, except what is mentioned in cancellation rights, is obligatory and creates a contract between us. After a successful ordering confirmation order is sent to your by email, so please present your email when placing the order. In case of unexpected reasons we are not able to confirm your order we will contact you by email as soon as possible.
Shipping costs - Charged shipping costs depends of the products, products amounts and of the chosen shipping method. Shipping costs are automatically added to the total amount. Charged shipping costs can be viewed in your basket before confirming the order.
Payment and payment method - You may pay your order in the online shop and in the basket with the introduced payment methods.
Shipping method and delivery time - Orders are packed and shipped within 3 days from the order arrival. All orders will be delivered by Posti. Shipping times reported by Posti are 2-5 working days in Nordic countries, rest of the Europe 3-8 working days and other countries 6-16 working days.

Verifying of the order and problematic situations
Verifying of the order - Make sure to verify your order instantly after receiving the order. If the product is lost or damaged during the delivery, or if the product doesn’t correspond to your order or is defective, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and within 14 days to fix the problem. In consumer trading we obey consumer protection law’s error liability regulations in error situations.
Reconciliation in problematic situations - Primarily we aspire to settle in dispute situations in customers order, so please primarily contact our customer service to settle the issue. If the issue concerning the sales agreement can not be solved with negotiations, can consumer conduct the issue to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) to be solved. Before taking the issue to Consumer Dispute Board consumer needs to contact consumer consultancy of the registry office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
Limitation of Liabilities - Sirly Oy is not responsible for any indirect damage, direct damage or other damage concerning the order, shipping or products, until it is imposed by force majeure in Consumer Protection Law or in other prescribing forcing laws.
Right of withdrawal and return policy
Right of withdrawal - If you are consumer, you have Finland’s Customer Consumer Law’s rights to cancel your order by contacting our customer service in 14 days after receiving the item or last shipment or in case of regular item shipping and receiving the first shipment.
Cancellation notice - Cancellation notice must be done by sending a clear and casual email to our customer service email address above.
Return Policy - Returned items needs to be returned in their original packaging, unused and well packed for returning. Items needs to be returned without delay in 14 days after cancellation notice has been made. Party needs to be able to prove that items have been returned in set period of time with for example returning receipt. Returning party will pay for costs resulted in returning. These costs will not be paid back for the returning party.
Returning - When returning the delivered order attach your name, contact information and bank account number inside the order for refund. Respectively, we will refund you the price paid for the order according to the Consumer Protection Law.
