package of Kuusamon Juusto Savujuusto or Savustettu Gouda<\/li><li>200 g reindeer minced meat<\/li><li>400g high quality minced pork meat<\/li><li>2 garlic cloves<\/li><li>2 dl fresh parsley<\/li><li>2 tsp salt<\/li><li>2 tsp black pepper<\/li><li>200 g butter<\/li><li>1 dl scallion<\/li><li>500g early harvested start with potatoes because they take longest to cook.<\/h5><ol><li>Wash potatoes in cold water and brush them if they are dirty<\/li><li>Put potatoes into a pot.<\/li><li>Add water and salt into the pot.<\/li><li>Cook slowly for about 15-20 minutes with a lid placed on.<\/li><li>Save some leftover boiled water for the cupsauce.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div reindeer meats, add salt, pepper and crushed chive and garlic, mix until it becomes smooth mass.<\/li><li>Shape decent sized balls from the mass and add a cheese cube in the middle of every ball.<\/li><li>Heat up the pan and add some butter on it.<\/li><li>Fry the meatballs until they are cooked and golden brown.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
